Manual Sync Offset Adjustment
Fine-tune PiP and telemetry timing when auto-sync needs a nudge.
PiP Video Offset
The PiP offset controls the time delay between the main video and the PiP overlay. Positive offset shifts PiP forward in time; negative shifts it backward.
- Click on the timeline to give it focus.
- Use Arrow Left / Arrow Right to nudge the PiP offset by 1 frame.
- Use Shift+Arrow Left / Shift+Arrow Right to nudge by 10 frames.
- The preview updates in real-time to show the new alignment.
Tip: Use the M / P keys to select which lane (Main or PiP) you are adjusting. The selected lane's offset changes when you press Arrow keys on the timeline.
Telemetry Offset
The telemetry offset shifts telemetry data relative to the video. Use this when first-movement sync is slightly off and gauges do not match the on-screen action.
- Press T to select the telemetry lane.
- Click the timeline to give it focus.
- Use Arrow keys to nudge the telemetry offset.
- Watch the telemetry widgets — speed, RPM, and gauges should align with what you see in the video.
How Offsets Apply to Exports
The offset you set in the preview is serialized into the export settings. What you see in preview is exactly what the export produces. There is no separate "export offset" — preview and export are always in sync.
Warning: If you reset the sync cache after manually adjusting an offset, your manual offset is lost. Auto Sync will recalculate from scratch.
Undo / Redo
Offset adjustments support undo/redo. Press Cmd+Z (macOS) or Ctrl+Z (Windows) to undo the last offset change. Press Cmd+Shift+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z to redo.
